She has owned and operated multiple dance studios and currently owns Eagle Rock Dance in Idaho Falls and Rigby, as well as Blossom & Grow Fine Arts Preschool, a thriving preschool in Idaho Falls now in its fifth year. She is also the founder of the Blossom & Grow Preschool Curriculum, a resource that helps other preschool owners across the country build successful programs. With a background in dance and education, she holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education with an emphasis on health, a minor in dance, and an associate degree in health science.

As one of the original founders of the Women’s Business Collaborative, Carrie is dedicated to supporting and uplifting fellow women in business. She loves being an active part of the Idaho Falls business community, championing local events, and fostering opportunities for growth and success.
